Warehouse Shell
Define the outer footprint as a polygon — rectangles, L-shapes, or any irregular outline with non-90° walls. Coordinates are in metres from the (0, 0) origin (the shape doesn't need to touch it).

Zones, Obstacles & Walls
Carve the warehouse shell into functional zones (storage, staging, picking, dock, office...) — flat, ground-level areas — mark obstacles (columns, fixed equipment) that pickers need to route around — raised, with a height — or draw interior partition walls (place doors on them from the Doors tab). Pick a Kind below and the form fields change to match. The plan on the left updates live as you fill in the form.

Doors
Place garage/dock doors and regular (pedestrian) doors on the warehouse shell walls or on any interior wall (Tab 2 — Zones, Obstacles & Walls). Position is measured from the wall's starting point. The plan on the left updates live as you fill in the form, so you can see exactly where the door will land.

Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, right-click drag to pan. Click an occupied location's box to see what's stored there.
Inventory
Simulates a live ERP/WMS feed of what's occupying each storage location. Export the current location list, then in Excel fill in an LPN (License Plate Number — the ID of the physical pallet/tote/carton) plus a Part Number and Quantity next to each occupied location, and import it back — occupied locations show up as boxes in the 3D view. For a mixed pallet carrying more than one part number, add extra rows with the same Location Code and LPN, one row per part number. The export also includes a Barcode column (pre-filled with the location code, or its current barcode) — edit it and re-import to bulk-update location barcodes, independent of occupancy; a blank cell clears that location's barcode. Re-export any time the rack layout changes, since a location's code depends on its rack/bay/level.

Location Barcodes
Assign a scannable barcode to each storage location — independent of what's currently stored there. Use the location's own code as-is, or type a custom value. Edit one at a time below, or bulk-edit in Excel via Export/Import above (a Barcode column is included).

Items
